SCT International, Atlanta, GA, USA, a holding company focused on security printing and brand protection, has acquired Graphic Options, a company that specializes in security design and advanced plate technology. Graphic Options, currently based in Fort Wright, KY, USA, will operate as a division of Sekuworks.

At the same time, SCT International announced that it has named Earl D. Holt, the founder of Graphic Options, as its new vice president of prepress operations.
